The hard work of the City Traffic Police in Lahore and all over Punjab deserves appreciation for making it easier to get and renew driving licenses. Taking a step forward, the department has decided to issue e-driving licenses. Bikers can either download them on their phones or print a copy to keep in their vehicles.
However, it’s important to note that this service is only for those who already have a regular driver’s license. Now, you can download your driving license by following these simple steps, and it’s free:
Steps to Download Your Driving License
- Go to https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/
- Click on License Info on the main page.
- Select E-License.
- Enter your CNIC (without dashes) and date of birth.
- Check “I’m not a robot” and click on Verify.
You will then see your e-driving license with the option to download. If you click on Download, it will give you the option to print it.

Completely false post. there is no option to download e-license whenever you go to https://dlims.punjab.gov.pk/
There is a page to sign up for learner driving license, The e-license facility is down from previous 20-25 days. PITB needs to understand whenever maintenance or upgradation is required they cannot down the website for so many days.
I forget my dlims password how to recover my password because in dlims site there is no option of change password so please tell me about this issue thanks

Bhai jaan aik maheena ho gya hai aap ki website functional nahi hai, E license wala link error 404 show kr rha hai daily, really frustrating how a government owned website , with personnel and funds specifically allocated for this isnt working for so long, disappointing
